We have a passionate and dedicated team at Owl & Bear Daycare Walderslade. Each valued member brings their own skills, talent, creativity and experience to all of the children in our nursery.
All of our staff are either NNEB (National Nursery Examination Board) or equivalent, or participating in the National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) in Early Years and Childcare.
All of our staff are first aid trained.

I have always wanted to work with children, starting an apprenticeship in childcare when I was 16 years old. I worked my way up the ladder very quickly and felt at home when joining at Owl & Bear Daycare. I have always enjoyed working with children in both a professional capacity and as well as in my personal life with my younger siblings. I believe that being a positive role model involved in the early years of a child’s life is the most fulfilling job anyone could have.
